I used a cast iron skillet and spread a few tablespoons of butter on the bottom. Then break up a giant Hershey bar into small pieces and place in the skillet. Cover chocolate with marshmallow (mini or regular). Place in the oven for about 5-8 minutes. Then broil for an additional 1 minute until the marshmallows are golden brown. Remove and serve as a dip. Break up graham crackers and dip or make traditional-ish s’more sandwiches! YUM!
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 Bag Mini or regular marshmallows
- 1 7.56 oz Hershey Bar
- Graham Crackers
- Skillet
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Add butter to cast iron skillet in small chunks.
- Break chocolate bar in to small pieces and place all around skillet.
- Layer marshmallows over chocolate.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove and serve.
- Dip graham crackers and enjoy!
