One of my favorite new meals is this Feel Good Superfood Parfait filled with all the goodness of yogurt, almond butter, and fresh fruit. Packing it with the superfoods almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and berries— this yummy breakfast parfait keeps me full for hours.

The trendy term “Superfoods” you see all over Instagram basically describes foods that are full of antioxidants, fiber, and fatty acids making them some of the most beneficial for one’s overall health and well-being. The mix of sweet bananas and vanilla yogurt, salty almond butter, and crunchy seeds make every bite of this Feel Good Superfood Parfait like an explosion of pure goodness in my mouth.
I like to mix up my week with this yummy parfait at least 3 times a week, guaranteeing my belly will be full for hours.
Feel Good Superfood Parfait Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Wheatgerm
- Handful of Almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1-2 cups mixed berries: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Granola
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Honey (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and honey if desired.
If you’re low on fresh fruit, don’t hesitate to dip into your frozen stash especially when certain berries are not in season!
I consider my fruits as toppings because sometimes I like to mix it up and add different fruits like peaches, apples, mangos, or pomegranate seeds. But I always keep the base the same!
