September is my birthday month and it’s almost over! All month long I’ve been writing posts with lists of 28s. I first did 28 Things About Me – just to introduce myself a little bit. Then I did 28 Songs I Love because I’m obsessed with music and I wanted to share some of my favorite songs. This week I am sharing 28 of my favorite things, no elaboration, and no explanation.
Just over a week ago my husband and I started our adventure as Van lifers. We’ve spent the last 4 months renovating a 2002 Dodge Ram Conversion Van into a space we can live in full time as we travel the country.
Pizza is, hands down, my favorite guilty indulgence. I love it! One of my favorite pizzas is called the Magical Mystery Tour made by Mellow Mushroom. It has a pesto base with Portobello and button mushrooms, topped with warm, gooey feta and mozzarella cheese, a touch of spinach, and just the right amount of jalapeños for a bit of spice.
