I’m a huge fan of Jello, but the traditional  Jello that I ate as a kid has so much sugar and doesn’t really fit in my diet anymore. That’s why I love to make this low-calorie, low-carb version, where I can cut back on the sugar and still get that great taste.

As an adult, I’ve learned how to “spice up” the classic Jello snack and still keep it low-calorie and low-carb! It’s made with simple, low-carb ingredients, so you can enjoy it without blowing your diet.

Low Carb Strawberries and Cream Jello Cups

Ingredients

1 pack of sugar-free strawberry Jello

5.3 oz. :ratio Keto Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Sugar-Free Whip Cream

Fresh Sliced  Strawberries

Make Low Carb Strawberries and Cream Jello Cups

Start by following the instructions on the box of Jello. Substitute the cold water for cold Greek yogurt. Whisk until well incorporated but avoid over whisking because it will cause bubbles.

Pour into 4 glass jars and then let the Jello set in the fridge for a few hours.

Once ready to serve, top with sugar-free whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries.
