One thing that doesn’t relax my mind though– is thinking about all the nasty stuff that’s on my yoga mat, especially after an intense sweaty practice! Think about this- your mat is on the floor every time you do a tree pose, a plank, or a downward-facing dog! Maybe your mat was in the trunk of your car or your garage before using it at the studio. DIY Yoga Mat Cleaner
Ingredients:
¾ C. Water
¼ C. Witch Hazel
10 Drops Lavender Oil
10 Drops Lemongrass Oil
5 Drops Tea Tree Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a plastic or glass bottle using a funnel.
Replace the top and shake well.
Application:
Shake well before each use.
Spray evenly over an extended mat.
Wipe the mat with a clean, dry cloth.
Let mat dry thoroughly before rolling back up.
