After a little break, we’re back at it again practicing digraphs. I’ve created practice posters and sorting activities that have really helped my little one identify the different digraphs and the sounds they make. If you’re a homeschool parent-teacher or kindergarten teacher, you know how difficult the task of reading can be for a child. There’s a lot to cover when teaching a child to read, including letter sounds, letter recognition, blends, vowels, digraphs, sight words, and CVC words. This fun Digraphs QU, KN, CK Printable Pack includes 3 posters and a sorting activity to help you practice digraphs with your early reader.
Digraphs are a very important part of phonics. They are the combination of two letters to make one sound. Th, sh, th, ch, ph, wr, wh, ar, er, ir, and or are all digraphs you can practice with your early reader. This Digraphs QU, KN, and CK Printable Pack focuses only on the three.

I recommend sticking to groups of 2 or 3 when practicing digraphs so not to overwhelm your little one. Teaching my little one to read has proven to be one of the toughest things that I have ever done. But I have noticed a lot of improvement when I continue to repeat, repeat, repeat!
