My newest obsession is the Starbucks pink drink, which consists mostly of coconut milk, strawberries, and a delicious sugary syrup that makes the drink just perfect in my opinion. Every time I discover a drink I like at Starbucks I immediately start trying to recreate it at home. Mostly to save money because my obsession can get to be a little out of control if I let it, but also because I enjoy the thrill of knowing I can recreate the flashy, expensive drinks at home and drink them whenever I want.
Trying to get this one just right took some time—definitely some trial and error and a little help from a friend.
My Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink definitely has less sugar and calories than the one I’m used to getting from Starbucks, but knowing that I saved a few bucks helps me enjoy it a little more!
Check it out, I hope you love it as much as I do!

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a Magic Bullet or blender and pour over ice. Top off with more fresh or dehydrated strawberries. Personally, I like to top it off with fresh strawberries so I can eat them when the drink is all gone. I don’t really care for the taste of dehydrated strawberries.
