Breakfast is one of my favorite meals to experiment with. Usually, I like to eat the same thing for a while and then switch it up for fun. This week I’m indulging in a little pumpkin spice and dark chocolate with my morning muffin. Chocolate & Pumpkin Spice English Muffins Ingredients:
- Almond butter (regular or pumpkin spice flavor from Sprouts)
- 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. flaxseeds
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
- Dark chocolate chips, chopped
- Organic honey (optional)
- Pumpkin seeds (optional)

Toast your muffin to perfection and spread the almond butter evenly. Top with superseeds, spices, coconut flakes, chopped chocolate chips. For a little extra sweetness, drizzle some honey and enjoy!
