This Chocolate Molten Mug Cake is one of my new favorite desserts! Its warm, chocolatey goodness is so yummy and fulfilling, and because it’s so simple to make—I want to eat it every night!

I’m sharing my version of her mug brownie mostly because I didn’t have all the ingredients her recipe called for. So, I changed it up a little bit and let me tell you, this Chocolate Molten Mug Cake is so amazing you will be craving it for days. It’ so chocolatey and yummy and mostly guilt-free.
You can substitute the Ghirardelli chips with Enjoy Life chocolate chips to make it vegan or Lily’s to make it Keto friendly.
The best thing about this Chocolate Molten Mug Cake is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make. You just pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds and it’s done!

Chocolate Molten Mug Cake Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp. almond flour
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tbsp. Swerve
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. almond coconut milk
- Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Whisk together dry ingredients. Add to a large microwave-safe mug.
- Mix egg and milk in a separate bowl. Add to mug and mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Add more chocolate chips and a touch of milk.

Vegan/Vegetarian Substitutions:
- 4 tbsp. almond flour
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder

- 1 small cup unsweet applesauce
- 2 tbsp. almond coconut milk
- Enjoy Life dairy-free chocolate chips
