Microgreens have become so popular lately. It seems like I see or hear about them everywhere. Microgreens are baby vegetable greens (or plants) that are harvested about two weeks after sprouting from their seeds. This is just after the first set of leaves develops. After a little break, we’re back at it again practicing digraphs.
