If you’re like me and you keep your wedding ring on all the time then you know how dirty it can get. I know I should remove it when cleaning, swimming, cooking, and showering but for fear of misplacing it, I always just keep it on. This means it takes a beating when it comes to collecting the dirt, grime, and soap scum leaving it looking dull and dingy.
To get your rings sparkling again, here’s what you’ll need: A small glass bowl, window cleaner, and Dawn dish soap. That’s it- only 2 ingredients!
Start by adding about 1/2 cup of window cleaner and a few drops of dish soap to the bowl. Mix and swish the rings around. Let them sit in the solution for about 3-5 minutes. Take them out and gently scrub them with a toothbrush to remove any excess dirt. Resoak for another 2 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water and buff them dry with a soft cloth. That’s it! Your rings will sparkle like new!
