I love these adorable DIY Garden Plant Markers! When planting seeds and even starter plants, I sometimes forget what I planted. I often find myself asking (myself) what are these? I know I’m not the only one so, enter DIY Garden Plant Markers!
These plant markers have helped me tremendously in keeping track of what I’ve planted plus they are so cute and I just love the way they look in my garden. If your kids like to get involved, make these a project you can do together – It’s a great way to spend time together and teach them about nature, the life cycle of a plant, and the value of growing your fruit and vegetables.

How to Make Your Own Garden Plant Markers
2. I used smooth white rocks, which you can find in the outdoor section at Lowes or Home Depot. Sometimes they even have them at craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
2. Open your bag of rocks and find the ones that are the smoothest and medium-sized.
3. Wash and dry your rocks.
4. Use a pencil to draw out your chosen fruits, veggies, and herbs on your rocks.
5. Go over your sketch with the acrylic paint markers.
6. Once you’re finished, spray each rock with a clear sealer.
7. Place in your garden!

Avoid many of these problems by following the recommended cultural practices that help keep plants healthy and vigorous.
