I’m the first to admit that my feet aren’t my best feature. They’re always dry and cracked, not to mention achy. I’m always either looking for new products or concocting my own DIY recipes to make my feet look and feel better. This easy Banana Yogurt Foot Mask is both softening and soothing.
Not only is this Banana Yogurt Foot Mask super simple to make, but its ingredients are also especially beneficial to feet and skin. Yogurt is a gentle exfoliant because its lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, dissolves dead skin cells. Also, yogurt’s acidophilus (good) bacteria, helps kill foot fungus. Bananas are very moisturizing and help control dry and cracked feet.
