I love the Dash cooking products, especially the Mini Pumpkin Waffle Maker. Being that it’s almost Halloween and before you know it Christmas will be right around the corner, I just had to get my Mini Pumpkin Waffle Maker out and share this amazing recipe with you. It makes the cutest little Mini Pumpkin Waffles that are perfect for my son and even a quick snack for me. The recipe that comes with the waffle maker is loaded with sugar so I adapted my Mini Pumpkin Waffles recipe from theirs to make a much lower sugar version but it’s still so tasty.
Fall is all about pumpkin spice and I’m fully on board for everything the wonderful flavor has to offer. Sign me up for everything pumpkin spice! These Mini Pumpkin Waffles are perfect for tiny hands, hungry bellies, and an even cuter addition to your fall morning breakfast routine.
This recipe makes about 20 waffles, which we couldn’t eat all at once, so I froze the rest. Pop them in the toaster oven when you’re ready to enjoy round two!
