1 cup boiling water (1 cup per Jello flavor)

Instructions:
Prepare as 1 layer: In a bowl, mix the lime Jello powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water and mix for 2 minutes. I used sugar-free lime Jello.
Fill the Cups: Pour the lime Jello mixture into small plastic shot cups, filling them about halfway. Place in the fridge to set for about 1 hour.
Prepare secondary layers: Once the lime layer is firm, repeat the process with the lemon Jello. Pour the lemon mixture carefully on top of the set lime layer.
Chill Again: Place the cups back in the fridge for another hour until the lemon layer is completely set.
Add the Fun Touches: Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of gold glitter and candy rainbow strips.
