July’s Ipsy bag is so adorable, the design is perfect for this hot summer we’ve been having. It’s exactly how I feel.

Below is my review on each product I received in this month’s bag:
IBY Beauty
Crease Brush – $12
I always love getting makeup brushes in my Ipsy bags because they are so expensive and I love to try different ones. This brush is awesome, it’s a great size for what it is. It can be used for just crease application, but it’s also great for blending.
COUGAR Beauty Products
24 Hour Liquid Lipstick in Mulberry – £6.99
I think this may be my favorite product of the bag. The color is not my favorite but I can’t deny how amazing the quality is. It has such a velvet application that dries super fast. Though it doesn’t last all day does need a second application after eating. However, it’s super light and after a while, you forget you’re even wearing it. The only complaint I hate is the smell. It’s got a very strong sweet smell and if you’re sensitive to smells I would not recommend this product. It can get a little overpowering at first.
Ciaté London
Wonderwand Gel-Kohl Hybrid Liner in Black – $18
Usually, I’m not a huge fan of gel liner – I prefer liquid liner most of the time. But this is definitely a great product. I’ve been wearing it for a more subtle liner look and it works great. It doesn’t rub off on my lids and I love that it’s double ended. One end has the pencil and the other is a brush for blending. I love it!
Eau Thermale Avène
Cleanance MAT Mattifying Toner – $22
I have been loving this toner. At first, I wasn’t excited about it but it’s been great! So far it doesn’t dry out my skin. It removes excess dirt and makeup. I’m definitely happy to keep using it.
OFRA Cosmetics
‘Gold Rush’ or ‘Victory’ Eyeshadow – $15
I love sampling OFRA cosmetics because their products are always flawless. This eyeshadow is no different! I would have preferred the gold tone shadow because this shade in Victory is a little darker than I like, however, I still love the quality. It can also be used as a liner if used with a wet brush, so I’m excited to try that.
Overall, this bag was probably average compared to others in the past. It wasn’t the best and it definitely wasn’t the worst. The bag itself is also super cute so that helps. It took me a day or two to realize it was an animated melting egg! That’s how I feel most summer days.

great review , great photos
Looks like you got a great haul! Does everyone get the same things, or is it personalized? Do you get any other subscriptions? Trying to figure out which one would be best.
It’s personalized. You make a profile describing yourself and what you like and then they send you stuff based on that and what they’re doing that month. I think that’s what makes this one so great because they try to find stuff that works for you.
I’ve never tried gel liner before! These all sound really great…will have to give them a try!
Omg! Ipsy bags are so fun! I love the makeup each month! I can’t get enough of the gudetama bag! SO CUTE! 🙂

Ha ha that bag is hilarious! I love ipsy 🙂
That brush looks so fluffy and perfect for blending!
I loved my Ipsy order when I used to get it. I ordered for about 6 months before my wedding and ended up with tons of things to try and play with while honeymooning in Europe.
Ooh that’s awesome! I just play with it all the time but the sample sizes are perfect for traveling!
