It’s Christmas time and I’ve got a fun Holiday Scavenger Hunt for those doing a little traveling this holiday season. If you plan on spending any time in the car with kids this Christmas—holiday shopping, a road trip to visit family, or even just a trip to the market make sure you grab this Holiday Scavenger Hunt and a marker.
My son loves scoping out the best Christmas lights and decorations (not including ours) every year which makes this Holiday Scavenger Hunt is a fun take along when we’re walking the dog or hopping in the car to go light hunting. My favorite way to check out neighborhood lights is drinking hot chocolate and eating soft-baked chocolate chip cookies. My son on the other hand always wants to make everything a game or competition. So, we print three of these Holiday Scavenger Hunt sheets and make it a game to see who can find everything on the list the quickest!

If you want to reuse this Holiday Scavenger Hunt a few times this season, try laminating it and using dry erase markers.
You can check out some of my other scavenger hunts that are great for walks, the park, or backyard playtime. Print and laminate them so you can use them over and over. Don’t forget some of the coordinating items on Amazon.

Hi! I’m Meagan and I’m a 41 year old mom of a high energy almost 9 year old, happily navigating my way through the little boy years. I’ve been married for 14 years. I met my husband over 20 years ago in high school; we got married 10 years later after graduating from the University of South Florida. I currently help run a family business with my parents while blogging about my life and love of DIY projects!
When I’m not at a kids sports game, I enjoy spending time with my family on a beach anywhere. I also love decorating and organizing, fun DIY projects, bargain shopping, and eating out or in! I also love Barbecue anything and a good show or movie on Netflix.
