This is even a great healthy snack for kiddos so I’d suggest doubling the recipe if more than 1 person is going to be indulging. You can switch up the yogurt flavors and do plain Greek yogurt or blueberry. The ones in my recipe are just my favorite flavor combination, especially because I’m a coconut lover.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Chobani Blueberry Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 cups fresh blueberries and fresh chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp unsweet coconut flakes
- 1-2 cups granola (flavor of your choice)
Directions:
- Using a rubber spatula, spread yogurt on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper- about a1/8” thick.
- Sprinkle fresh fruit on top.
- Top with granola and coconut flakes.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Peel off the parchment paper and break it into pieces.
